By accepting these terms and conditions, you also accept the shipping policy and the return policy

I do my very best to depict colors as accurately as possible, however, different screens display colors very differently, please be aware of this.

IMPORTANT ALLERGY NOTE:

There is a dog in my household and it is simply impossible to keep all her hair away from my products. If you have dog allergies, please keep in mind that my products might contain allergens you could react to.

I also have two angora rabbits and I cannot guarantee that no angora fibers will be stuck to my products, even if they do not contain angora as a fiber content.

By ordering any of my products you acknowledge this risk and take full responsibility.

Returns

Your happiness is my highest priority, so if anything is not to your satisfaction, please contact me.

Should I be unable to resolve your problem, I will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase.

To meet the deadline for returns you only have to contact me about the problem in time.

Once the returned item arrives here, I will refund the full price within 48 hours.

Shipping

Currently I ship within the US, with USPS.

For international shipping, please contact me.

Flatrate shipping within the US for $4.50, free on orders over $100. No maximum weight.

All shipments can be tracked and are insured. You will receive an email with the tracking number.

I will usually send out orders within 48 hours, however the time until arrival is not in my hands. Within the US it usually takes USPS 2-3 business days to deliver.

Should there ever be any issues with your shipping, please contact me and I will do my very best to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
